I am a woman who had to stop, listen, and rebuild herself – slowly, one intentional step at a time. Not because I wanted to, but because life asked me to. I know the quiet exhaustion of giving too much, the disconnection that creeps in when you ignore your body for too long. Today, I support clients who feel exhausted from their everyday life, helping them return to themselves through simple nourishment, stress management that soothes, and a gentler, more honest way of living that’s true to them.
Divorce forced me to let go of everything I was, and to deep dive into who I am. Just me - in my mid-40s. Just me, for the first time as an adult and a single mom. This changed everything.
This reflection brought so much to the surface – feelings I had long pushed aside, and truths I could no longer ignore. Something inside me asked for more honesty, more presence, and a life that felt aligned with my body and the earth beneath my feet. To step into my authenticity like never before.
For a long time, I lived the way many of us do — pushing through exhaustion, doing what I “should,” and quietly ignoring the signals my body was sending me – stress, hormone shifts, burnout, disconnection until it wrecked my body. I knew something needed to change, but I didn’t want another rigid plan or someone telling me to try harder.
So I slowed down — way down. I journaled. I meditated. I sat in silence to really take it all in.
I began listening — to my body, my energy, the rhythms of nature, and the simple things that actually make us well. Food that nourishes instead of restricts. Movement that feels grounding instead of punishing. Rest that isn’t earned, but honored. Mornings with sunlight. Evenings that wind down naturally.
I rebuilt my life gently — through simple nutrition, softening the stress response, hormone awareness, time in nature, cultivating restful nights, and a return to what feels human and natural.
This work grew from my own lived experience.
Now, I guide others who feel depleted, disconnected, or overwhelmed back to themselves — not by fixing them, but by walking beside them.
My approach is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and compassion. I believe true wellness isn’t about doing more — it’s about creating a life that supports you – one step at a time.
I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, with training in whole-person wellness and sustainable lifestyle change.
I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, which shapes the way I approach health – looking at patterns, root causes, and systems rather than quick fixes.
If you’re longing for a gentler way forward, you’re in the right place. Small changes add up to real transformation. Let’s take the first step together.
My Approach
Lasting change doesn’t come from doing everything at once.
It comes from small, steady shifts that help the body feel safe, supported, and more like itself again.
My work is rooted in this same process—one grounded step at a time—so you can gently move out of survival mode and into a calmer, more resilient way of living.
Regulate
Stress changes how the body functions, especially the nervous system.
Here we focus on gentle practices that calm and regulate your system - supporting sleep, restoring steadiness and bringing you back into your body through movement, rhythm, and simple daily routines.
Nourish
We begin by supporting your body with food that truly fuels you - without rigid rules or restriction.
The focus is on steady energy, balanced blood sugar, and reduced inflammation so your system feels supported rather than stressed.
Restore
As nourishment and regulation come into place, the body naturally begins to restore itself.
Through small, consistent habits, balance returns—energy improves, resilience grows, and peace becomes something you experience more often, not something you chase.
A Partner in Your Reset
You don’t need more information—you need support that helps you follow through.
I walk alongside you as you make changes that actually fit your life. That means regular check-ins, honest conversations, and thoughtful adjustments along the way—so you never feel overwhelmed or alone.
Accountability here isn’t rigid or heavy. It’s supportive, encouraging, and steady—like having a grounded partner helping you build momentum toward lasting change.
